My last collection of songs was, I have to admit, quite a harsh listening experience so today I'm going to go for stuff that's a wee bit more melodic. You'd be surprised at how much Heavy Metal is actually quite singalong.Relatively speaking.

The impression I get is that Metal is a lot more mainstream over there. Might explain why they sent metal bands to Eurovision twice!
DeleteI'm tempted to nominate Rush for the melodic genre, but I can only think of Caress of Steel, and I know what a stickler you are for metalness.
ReplyDeleteAlso, and I think I may have mentioned this before, what about Metal Rendezvous by Krokus, that has Tokyo Nights which is quite melodic.
Or aren't album titles permitted?
