Heavy Metal Cover Girls: Even more warrior women

Just for the hell of it, how about another Heavy Metal Cover Girls post?

(Which, for those currently wondering, is where I post a selection of album covers starring attractive women and comment on each. )

I've decided to revisit an old favourite because...well, it's a favourite and there's been some interesting new covers come my way lately.
Yep. we're doing Women Warriors again.

Симфония Ветра - Перекрёсток эпох (Ukraine 2018)

(Simfonia Vetra - Crossroads of the Ages)

heavy metal warrior woman
"This is a good sand castle" she thought sadly "A shame I have to go off to war and leave it to be eaten by the incoming tide."
In darker days to come, she would think of her sand castle often and promise herself that she would return to this beach and rebuild her castle.

Simfonia Vetra are, unsurprisingly, Symphonic Metal.
Ukrainian works really well with that genre, btw.
Listen and see for yourself.

Eden's Curse - Cardinal (UK 2016)

sexy women album cover
Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition..
...to be babes!"

I am very sorry.
I promise I won't do that again.

Eden's Curse are a band I keep meaning to dig deeper into as I like what I've heard so far.
I'd maybe describe them as sitting on the border between Melodic rock and Power Metal's lighter territory.

This next cover has two versions that are identical except for one small feature.
See if you can spot it.

Epidemia-  Легенда Ксентарона (Russia 2018)
(Legend of Xentarona)

I love the fact that  a. he's wearing full plate-mail while she very definitely isn't and
b. he's decided to sit back and let her kill the monster on her underarmoured lonesome.

I suspect words were had after this.

Epidemia are Power Metal and this is a pretty decent duet.

Visigoth- Conqueror's Oath (USA 2018)

female knight in armour

Oh look. Actual, realistic armour that covers everything. Don't see that much.

Visigoth are Power Metal - the crunchier US Strain.
This song seems appropriate

Ültra Raptör- S/T  (Canada 2018)

This is awesome and you know it.
Now can somebody turn it into a Heavy Metal style animated film?

Ültra Raptör list "Cadillacs And Dinosaurs" as one of their lyrical themes. I approve.

That's enough to be getting on with.
Expect part 2 when I can get round to it/.
