So to make up for it, here's some Heavy Metal album covers with sexy witches. Clothing may be optional.
Graveshadow - Nocturnal Resurrection. (USA 2015)
Just because somebody is ripping somebody from their eternal rest
(and having fun doing so) does not mean that this young lady is a Bad Witch.
Graveshadow are a Symphonic Metal outfit featuring the same Heather Michele Smith who did such wonderful work with Helion Prime.
Here she gets to show off her growling talents as well.

It pleases me to see the keyboardist doing the classic Greg Giuffria crucifix pose.
Step Two: Stop your werewolf from eating your face.
Step Three: Get the werewolf to do your bidding
Step Four: Get the werewolf to go away again without eating your face.
Two and Four are the tricky ones.
Amulance are USPM.
Amulance - Unleash the Beast (USA 2015)

Another one with a werewolf now.
Magica -Wolves & Witches (Romania 2008)
Did she just kick him in the arse?
I think she did just kick a werewolf in the arse.
No wonder he looks angry.
I mean, werewolves always look angry but damn, he looks pissed.
Magica are Melodic/Power metal.
I think it's time we had a Good Witch.
Koven - Una Nueva Esperanza Ep (Spain 2009)
"Una Nueva Esperanza" means "A New Hope" so I'm confident that this is a loving White Witch mother giving her infant a bath.
If the words "Desecration", "Flesh" or "Satan" were on there I'd be more worried. Or the word "Soup" for that matter.
Koven are Female Fronted Power Metal who sing in Spanish.
Axewitch - Pray For Metal EP (Sweden 1982)
Not just a witch but an Axe Witch.
She's fireproof too.
The only way this could be more 80s metal is if there was a motorbike too.
Axewitch were Heavy Metal. Just Heavy Metal.
Blackthorn - Gossamer Witchcraft (Russia 2009)
What nobody knew was that when they invited travellers in dinner, the glowing. nudist spiderwitchesreally did want to have somebody round for a dinnerparty and a nice chat.
All the people running away screaming "Please don't eat me" were starting to hurt their feelings.
Up to this point all the bands have been quite cheerful. Time for something darker.
This all-female crew are Gothic Metal with operatic vocals over heavyduty riffing.
And to finish, another Russia band
Solreid - Цена открытий (Russia 2016)
Whatever that green crap is, good luck getting the smell out of your hair.
Oh wait.. magic!
Why muck about with aloe vera extracts and stuff when you can give yourself long raven tresses with a thought
Solreid are Symphonic Power Metal
I should really investigate some more Russianbands
I 'm sure I'm missing out on a lot of good stuff
